Law Office of Tali A. Buchman

Ms. Buchman is a transactional lawyer whose practice includes corporate matters such as mergers, acquisitions and financings, as well as commercial real estate, licensing and employment matters.

Ms. Buchman was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997. From 1997 through 2001, Ms. Buchman worked as in house counsel for two high-tech companies in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley.

From 2001 through 2003, Ms. Buchman was an associate with the firm Gilliss, Valla & Dalsin, LLP in Lafayette, CA, where she focused on real estate and business transactions.  From 2003-2006, Ms. Buchman worked as a part-time consultant for a few real estate investors.

From 2006 through 2008, Ms. Buchman joined the law firm of Greenan, Peffer, Sallander & Lally, LLP as an associate focusing on real estate and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Buchman formed her own practice, Law Office of Tali A. Buchman, Esq. in 2009.

Education: Ms. Buchman received her Bachelor of Arts degree  in History from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1992. In 1997 she earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she served as a staff writer and staff editor of the Journal for Law and Social Challenges.
